Your belief in it makes it real. It doesn’t matter if it’s right, wrong, true or false.
Belief makes it so. Because that’s the power humanity has. To believe things into being.
You’re not allowed to say this about certain hallowed subjects. But it doesn’t change the truth.
Without belief there isn’t much of anything.
- No religion.
- No government.
- No institutions of any kind.
The reason this topic matters is so we remember that we wield great power with WHAT we choose to believe.
- You can believe you have a God, you can believe you are a God.
- You can believe that clients are out to get you, you can believe that the people you work with shower you with love and abundance.
- You can believe that you have what it takes to succeed or you can believe that you’ll believe that when you see it!
It’s completely up to you. Every belief is a choice. Even the beliefs you don’t know you have. Those are the ones that require attention. They require work to uncover, to understand, to shift if you so choose.
If you don’t do this work, you are a slave. And you probably won’t even know it.
Your beliefs will influence your thoughts, your words and the actions you take.
In business, belief can mean the difference between success and failure. Because beliefs are fixed energetic programs the resonance of which will cause reality to reflect an energetic match.
If you want to believe that success is a function of effort and hard work, you’re free to do so. You’ll certainly find many other willing believers to share in that story. Hollywood has even made movies to help secure your belief that you can only have what you want if you slave away to get it.
Or you could believe something different. Maybe something closer to the dreams you have in your heart?
Are we “allowed” to do that? Is there someone we have to ask for permission?
You won’t find support for this path in the Matrix. You’ll have to search out others who choose to believe that we are here for more than struggle and pain.
The good news is that, no matter WHAT you choose to believe, you will quickly prove to yourself that you’re right. Congratulations!
But that doesn’t change the importance of the choice we get to make about what beliefs we carry.
The goal is to make sure we choose our beliefs instead of merely tolerate the installed beliefs of others.
